Interview and Fridays Militia Party

The Interview went excellent. It's really a place I want to work, and the job seems perfect for me. I should be hearing back tomorrow on my 2nd interview with a few of the big guns. Fingers crossed, i'll keep you updated.

A few things to touch on. Tomorrow is going to be awesome. I'm meeting up with the rest of the Monster Militia (www.monstermilitia.net or www.monsters.fm to understand better) and we are going to part-tay. I"m going to get to meet a lot of people I haven't met yet, and hilarity and tomfooler will commence. Then on Saturday, most like going to Universal/Islands of Adventure which is always a great time. Rides...beers...games...fun. Then Sunday will be relaxing in Orlando until I have to drive back home. I am really looking forward to the weekend and hoping to get to meet a certain Daniel Dennis because he is someone who I truly think is part of a radio show that is not just comical.....it's got such a good spirit. Monsters in the Morning truly is a show of the people and the amount of stuff that the entire Real Radio family does for the community, is inspiring. Okay...i'm ghey.

Anyway, so hopefully next week i'll have a new sweet job, i'll be looking for apartments in Tampa and everything will be good.

Things I thought about today: A group of people got effed up in Missouri, some crazy stupid gunmen killed 5 people and shot 7, two police officers died which always seems to hit home.

All the people involved in the devastating tornado's that ripped through the mid-south 2 days ago...54 people are dead....and so many more are displaced. It's just scary to think what mother nature can do to you. Even on a "small" scale (comparatively speaking....we all know what happened with hurricane katrina).

There was an explosion in savannah at a warehouse that has critically wounded 30 or more people. It's in the early stages, but we can only hope that everyone survives and things are okay for our Georgia brothers and sisters.

Miss Spears....that crazy bi-polar psychopath. I wonder when they are going to realize the reason she is insane, is because of pills. I'm really getting tired of hearing that someone died of an "Accidental Overdose"....jesus. It seems like maybe if you are taking 5 or 6 random pills for things like depression, anxiety, insomnia, pain and whatever else, that you are probably taking too much. Heath Ledger just died from it....Anna Nicole and her son both died from it....and Britney Spears is just teetering on the edge. The woman has lost her mind....her EFFING MIND. And everyone just sits around and video tapes it. When did the media become so classy when they refused to capitalize on heath ledgers death and actually gave the family space....when britney spears can't take a piss without there being a camera shoved up her ass. Granted....she does drive around in a convertible with the top down and windows rolled down...for no reason...other than to drive to CVS or Starbucks...dumb bitch.

Ohhhh, so that's about it. I'm not tired...as usual....I get exhausted at 5pm...but by 11:30 i'm wide awake and ready to roll. I think i'm starting to go blind from the amount of time I spend on a computer.
